By accessing, viewing, or using OpenAudits by Blabs, including any audit reports, documentation, dashboards, or related materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.


Scope of Services

OpenAudits by Blabs provides independent security audit reports, technical assessments, and supporting documentation for blockchain protocols and applications.

Audit reports reflect the findings at the time of review and are limited to the scope explicitly defined within each report. No ongoing monitoring, guarantee of security, or future assurance is implied unless expressly stated in writing by Blabs.


No Warranty or Guarantee

All Services and audit reports are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Blabs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Security, correctness, or completeness of audited systems

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Absence of vulnerabilities or future exploits

An audit does not eliminate risk and must not be interpreted as a guarantee of security or operational safety.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to:

  • Use or reliance on an audit report

  • Security incidents, exploits, or losses

  • Misinterpretation or misuse of audit findings

You acknowledge that blockchain systems carry inherent risks and that responsibility for deployment and operation remains solely with the audited party.


Intellectual Property

All content provided by Blabs, including audit reports, methodologies, text, graphics, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Blabs unless otherwise stated.

Use of audit reports is governed by the OpenAudits Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or misrepresentation of audit materials is strictly prohibited.


Permitted Use

You may access and use OpenAudits materials solely for:

  • Reviewing audit findings

  • Internal evaluation and due diligence

  • Transparent disclosure consistent with the Use Policy

Any public reference to an audit must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.


OpenAudits may reference third-party tools, repositories, or platforms. Blabs does not control or endorse third-party content and assumes no responsibility for external systems or services.


Modification of Services or Terms

Blabs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued access or use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


Termination

Blabs may restrict or terminate access to the Services if these Terms or related policies are violated, without prior notice.


Governing Law
