Disclaimer and Use Policy

Audit Disclaimer

OpenAudits by Blabs provides independent security audit reports and technical assessments based on the scope, information, and codebase available at the time of review.

Audit reports:

  • Reflect findings at a specific point in time

  • Are limited to the explicitly defined audit scope

  • Do not constitute continuous monitoring or future assurance

An audit does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities, bugs, exploits, or operational risks. Blockchain systems are inherently complex and subject to evolving threats, dependencies, and environmental changes.

All audit reports and related materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Security or correctness of the audited system

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Ongoing safety or exploit resistance

Responsibility for deployment, operation, upgrades, and risk management remains solely with the audited party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blabs shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or claims arising from:

  • Use or reliance on an audit report

  • Security incidents, exploits, or failures

  • Misinterpretation or misuse of audit findings

  • Modify, alter, or selectively quote audit findings in a misleading manner
